SHIPPING POLICY

We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as the earliest.

Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 10 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Due to the current Covid situation there might be a slight delay in delivering your products.

Our standard dispatch time is upto 3 working days. This does not include Sundays & Govt. Holidays.  Any exceptions are mentioned in the product description.

Do you ship outside India?

Right now we ship only in India.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

While checking out your order, you can pick a separate address for shipping.

 

REFUND POLICY

We offer a hassle free return policy, the guidelines for the same are as below

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, & in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@pinfliers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always 

The to and fro courier cost will be borne by you if you wish to return the product. In case of refunds we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping if any.

All return packages must be shipped with a proof of postage. We will not be able to process refunds if proof of postage is not provided.  The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed properly and are not damaged on the way.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsaleable / damages condition, we will not be able to refund it. All goods will be inspected on return. Post which the refund process will be initiated.

The items must be sent back to us in original condition with packaging and tags still attached.

We charge restocking or refund handling fees.

Returns are not applicable on customised orders, that is products that have Name or Age added to it. 

Will you refund the cost of shipping if I return my order?

We will refund the complete cost of the items in your order. We will not refund the shipping costs.

Can I exchange an item?

No, you can not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What do I do if my question isn’t covered here?

Our online customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. We will be happy to assist you.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us photos or video showing the same. You need to contact us immediately means within 2 days on receiving the order.
